If the product is in our logistics warehouse, the delivery time is 48-96 hours on working days. Exceptionally, due to covid 19 restrictions may apply.
HOW CAN I MODIFY OR CANCEL MY ORDER?

CAN I EXCHANGE OR RETURN ITEMS OF MY ORDER?
We accept return requests within the first 14 calendar days from the date of receipt. After checking the product's status, the full amount will be returned according to the same payment method used by the client.
WHAT TYPES OF RETURNS ARE THERE?
Due to the extraordinary COVID situation, we do not accept the return of the product. For more information, please contact us by filling out the form on the website.
Damaged or Defective Products
If the product is defective, it will be repaired, replaced, or returned through Melts Infusions.
When the product received is not the client requested, the client may make the return by calling or emailing us.
HOW IS THE REFUND OF RETURNS MADE?
The refund of the amount will be made to the same card or PayPal account in which the order was paid once it is in our store. If the payment is made by cash on delivery, you will be asked for the account number to make the payment. The refund of the amount is subject to the product being returned in the conditions indicated above.
If the customer rejects the merchandise, once the product is in the store, the amount of the products will be returned, reserving the right to charge the customer's cost of return.
In no case are partial returns of products purchased in a pack allowed.
Returns of fresh products are not allowed.
